Prices are starting rates (per apartment and per day).
The price includes the breakfast basket as well as the afternoon snack in the partner residence Zin Senfter. Not included in the price is the local tax of €3.50 per person (from 14 years) and day, which is charged separately and must be paid before departure.

Cancellation conditions
Free changes and cancellations up to one month before arrival. Cancellations one month to seven days before arrival: 70% charge
Cancellations within the last week before arrival: 90% charge
Early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% charge
Holiday cancellation insurance

Information about check-in
The entrance to the underground garage is accessible via a code sent in advance by email. Ample parking spaces available without fixed allocation. Elegant lighting on the floors, walls and pillars as well as the impressive lettering at the entrance already create a luxurious atmosphere here. Direct lift access (code required) from the garage to the lobby. Your key will either be handed over personally or securely stored in a coded locker.
If you prefer a personal check-in, you can navigate directly to the check-in point of our partner residence Zin Senfter. This is just 50 metres from the underground car park.
Pets
Dogs & pets are warmly welcome with prior arrangement.
Any damages caused will be charged accordingly. €25.00 per pet per day (without food, includes daily floor & upholstery cleaning). Please note: pets are not permitted in the wellness area, yoga room, or park.
