Four days full of conscious movement, energy and female power in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains. This retreat focuses on Pilates, yoga and functional training – intense, strengthening and mindful at the same time.
Daily yoga and Pilates sessions will help you tap into your strength, improve your posture and give you new stability – both physically and mentally. In our women’s fitness workshop with small equipment, we will work specifically on strength, endurance and technique. Effective, motivating and empowering.
The active programme is complemented by meditation and ceremonies that give you space to integrate your experiences and find yourself. Another highlight is the guided mountain hike at sunrise – exercise in its most original form, accompanied by vastness and silence.
Between sessions, you can enjoy the wellness area or use the gym. Breakfast (buffet at our partner establishment, Zin Senfter Residence) and dinner at Senfter’s Bistro are included and round off the day in a nourishing way.

Your yoga teacher Marion:
Marion Leiter combines dynamic and creative Vinyasa flows with mobility and precise alignment. The focus is not on external perfection, but on conscious awareness: How do I move? Where am I holding on? Where can I develop strength – and where can I let go? Marion creates spaces in which participants learn not only to challenge their bodies, but to truly understand them. Through targeted breathing and intelligently structured flows, she promotes sustainable energy management – away from the ‘constant more’ and towards a clear, powerful presence. She supplemented her 200-hour yoga training with, among other things, Mobility for Yoga training with Joaquin Gomez Picca and Pilates Mat training with Carina Haimbl.
Your yoga teacher Alexandra:
Alexandra is a Pilates and spinning instructor who combines powerful, functional training with a mindful approach to movement. She focuses on conscious, precise movements, clean technique and a strong body awareness.
At the same time, she creates space for mindfulness and meditation – as a valuable addition to training. For her, strength, breathing and inner balance belong together and form the basis for lasting strength and a genuine connection to oneself.
